Exekestos aus dem Demos Aixone und seineMitvorsitzenden. Beschluß von Rat und Volk.Kallistratos S.d. Telesinos aus dem Demos Erchia stellte den Antrag: Dadie Agoranomoi unter Archon Philoneos ihrAmt ausgeübt haben gemäß den Gesetzen und denBeschlüssen des Rates und des Volkes; sie auch Sorge getragenhaben für das, was die Agora betrifft, in guter und gerechter Weise,und darüber auch Rechenschaft abgelegt haben; – Damitnun ein Wettstreit sei unter allen, die das Amt innehaben werden,dieses Amt auszuüben gemäß den Gesetzen, zu Glückund Heil!, wolle beschließen der Rat: dass die Vorsitzenden, dieerlost sein werden zum Vorsitz für die kommende Volks-versammlung, hierüber verhandeln lassen und die Beschlussvorlagedes Rates in die Volksversammlung einbringen, wonach der Rates für gut befindet, dass man belobige die Agoranomoiunter dem Archon Philoneos: - - - aus dem Demos - - -,Telesinos aus dem Demos Erchia, - - - aus dem Demos - - -,[. . . . .]enes aus dem Demos Boutadai, - - -- - -

The Council and People decided.Kallistratos son of Telesinos of Erchia proposed: sincethe market inspectors of the archonship of Philoneosconducted their office according to the laws and decreesof the Council and People, and managedthe affairs of the market well and justly,and for these things have rendered their accounts; in order therefore thatthat there may be an incentive for all who will holdthis office to perform it according to the laws, for goodfortune, the Council shall decide: that the presiding committeeallotted to preside for the coming Assemblyshall put the matter on the agenda and submit the opinionof the Council to the People, that it seemsgood to the Council to praise the market inspectorsof the archonship of Philoneos - - -Telesinos of Erchia, - - -- -enes of Boutadai - - -- - -
